1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you (the business owner using Recenzio) and [legal entity name — PFA/SRL registration pending], registered address [address], registration number [CUI/registration number] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Recenzio, you agree to these terms.
2. What Recenzio is
Recenzio provides a dashboard that pairs with physical NFC "tap to review" cards: it logs taps, lets you change what each card links to, shows your Google review activity, and alerts you to new reviews.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription & billing
Recenzio is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through Stripe, our payment processor. [Pricing, trial terms, and cancellation/refund policy — to be finalized before this page goes live.] You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Recenzio — for example, by pointing a card at unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or by attempting to interfere with the tap-logging or review-sync systems. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
6. Third-party services
Recenzio relies on Google (for review data) and Stripe (for payments). Your use of those underlying services is also subject to their own terms, which we don't control.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible.
8. Liability
Recenzio is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including reliance on review or tap data accuracy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you directly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
