Questions owners ask
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Modern iPhones and Android phones read NFC without an app. Each card can also carry a QR code for phones that cannot tap.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. One tap opens your page in their browser. They never sign up for anything.
Can I change where my card points?
Yes, anytime, from your dashboard: your Google review page, Instagram, Facebook, or your card page with all your links. The very next tap goes to the new place, no new card needed.
Do you only send happy customers to Google?
No. Every customer gets the same link. We never ask for a rating first or send people somewhere different based on it. Google does not allow businesses to ask only happy customers for reviews, and neither do we.
How do I see my Google reviews?
This is coming soon. We are waiting for Google to approve our access to Google Business Profile reviews. Once it is live and your profile is connected, new reviews will show up in your dashboard, color-coded so the ones under 3 stars stand out.
I have more than one card. Do I need more than one account?
No. All your cards live in one dashboard and their taps add up in one chart. For several locations, ask us for a quote.
